What Cobweb Did for GPK Properties

Website Design: GPK Properties required a website which they could maintain themselves on a daily or weekly basis as they had new properties to advertise. We researched a suitable estate agent software solution which they were able to see working beforehand. Then the whole site was up and running within a week and we then advised them on adding/editing properties and photographs.

We also registered them to the major search engines e.g. Google and directories e.g. DMOZ and they now attract approx. 50 visitors to their site every day... see the website here.

Website Redesign: In early 2006 they launched a brand identity makeover and in conjunction with this new look and feel they needed a "complimentary" website. Incorporating curves and the three major colours in their new design, it is clean and functional. They are opening a new office in Lucan and redeveloping their office in Rathfarnham in the coming months so this should form a key part of their new look website.

(Online) Marketing: We are working with GPK Properties in establishing a stronger presence online using Google Adwords, email marketing of their news and properties and better use of photographs.
